1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, we begin preparing it for dispatch.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

During product launches, sales, festive periods, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

2. Delivery Time

We currently ship orders across India.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: delivery may take additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, destination, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on every order across India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information through your registered email address, phone number, or other available notification method.

You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts.

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate.

  • Your phone number is reachable.

  • Someone is available to receive the package when required.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sugarbunclothing@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur because of:

  • High-volume sale periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend taking photographs or a video of the package and its contents before discarding any packaging material. This may help us investigate the issue with our courier partner.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sugarbunclothing@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photographs/videos of the package

  • Photographs of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

10. Cash on Delivery

COD availability: Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders are prepaid via secure online payment.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and taxes will be communicated according to the destination.
